Because Christmas and New Year’s Day fall on Wednesdays, The Message will not publish issues on Dec. 27, 2019, or Jan. 3, 2020.
Our last 2019 issue will be published on Dec. 20, and the first 2020 issue will be published on Jan. 10. The Message offices will close for the holidays on Dec. 20, 2019, and we will reopen on Jan. 2, 2020.
If your parish or ministry would like information in the paper before Christmas – or in advance of a Mass or event around New Year’s Day – please get it in to us no later than Friday Dec. 13. Please note that anything we receive on or after that date will not be published until Jan. 10, 2020.
If you will be looking for information regarding Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’ Eve and New Year’s Day Masses, please visit our new website at www.evdiomessage.org. We will have a schedule posted there of all the information we received from parishes across the diocese.
