The Rite of Election of Catechumens and of Calling Candidates to Continuing Conversion was held Feb. 22 at St. Benedict Cathedral. There were 175 candidates and 172 catechumens. During the Easter Vigil, catechumens will be baptized, confirmed and receive the Eucharist. Candidates are those who will be confirmed and receive the Eucharist. The Message photos by John Rohlf
