Catholic Schools across the Diocese of Evansville hosted Come and See open house-style events Jan. 30 as part of Catholic Schools Week so prospective students and their parents or guardians could visit to learn more about the school. Saint Wendel School held their kindergarten registration during the school’s Come and See open house, and Remington Stolz, left, posed for a picture to show he is ready for kindergarten. St. John the Baptist School in Newburgh had current students and teachers on hand during the school’s Come and See event to give tours of the school and show prospective students and their parents classrooms. At right, during Resurrection School’s Come and See event, Braxton visited his aunt, Caitlin Berendes, who teaches English/Language Arts for grades seven and eight.
