Ascension St. Vincent offering free virtual seminar on COVID-19 resiliency

The Ascension St. Vincent Church Relations Council is partnering with Catholic parishes statewide to provide mental-health education and spiritual guidance on coping during the current COVID-19 pandemic, as well as reflecting on how it affects our daily lives and our families.

Leading mental health experts from the Ascension St. Vincent Stress Center, including Daniel Caruana, LMHC, a licensed mental-health counselor, and The Very Rev. John McCaslin, VF, pastor at St. Monica Parish in central Indiana, will offer valuable insights on navigating your family through the current crisis: 

  • Confronting fear and isolation 
  • Power of prayer and faith 
  • Alienation from family and friends 
  • Financial concerns 

The free virtual seminar, COVID-19 Resiliency, is scheduled for 7 p.m. EST to 8 p.m. EST on Feb. 25 via Zoom video conferencing. The link will be provided upon registration.
