In the Diocese of Evansville, nine students recently earned master’s degrees and certificates from St. Meinrad Seminary and School of Theology.
Diocesan seminarians Deacon Phillip Rogier and Deacon Caleb Scherzinger earned Master of Divinity degrees. Five students in the Graduate Theology Program received Master of Arts degrees in Theology: Deacon Jay VanHoosier, Deacon James King, Bradley Gehlhausen, Rebecca Naas and Spencer Payton. Two students earned certificates in spiritual direction: Audra Douglas and Dr. Daniel Eby.
Fifty-five graduates of St. Meinrad received master’s degrees May 11 at the commencement ceremony. Dr. Kimberly Baker, associate professor of patristics at St. Meinrad, gave the address.
