On behalf of Honor Flight of Southern Indiana, I want to let you know how much we truly appreciate the efforts of the Catholic school students in the Diocese of Evansville. They have made cash donations, written letters to Veterans and volunteered their time to help us send these worthy individuals to Washington, D.C. to see the memorials built in their honor. Their donations alone helped send 12 Veterans this year, and this is just a tip of the iceberg in respect to what the students in Evansville Catholic schools have done.
Please forward our heartfelt appreciation. Their leadership is what helps make things like Honor Flight important to the youth in our schools.
