Diocese of Evansville Catholic Center hosted the April 11 regional MATH Bowl competition sponsored by the Indiana Association of School Principals. Ten teams representing eight area schools competed – eight in the green category, one in red and one in yellow. In all, about 120 students in fourth through sixth grades competed from the following schools: Resurrection; Good Shepherd; St. Wendel; St. Joseph, Vanderburgh County; St. Philip, Posey County; Westside Catholic; Holy Redeemer; Washington Catholic and St. John the Baptist, Newburgh.
