Please consider joining the diocesan choir for the priesthood ordination at St. Benedict Cathedral.
The ordination will be held at 10 a.m. June 22. The choir is open to singers from all the parishes of the Diocese of Evansville. This is a great opportunity to come together and share in musical prayer. Members are typically eighth grade age or older. While reading music and attending all the practices are recommended, it is not a requirement.
Four practices will be held at the St. Benedict Cathedral Church. Practices are from 2-4 p.m. CDT June 9, 6-7:30 p.m. June 11, 2-4 p.m. June 16 and 6-7:30 p.m. June 18. Practice attendees are asked to enter on the east side of the Cathedral, which is the parish center and handicap ramp side.
